PwC Data Assurance/Solution VS Deloitte Data Analytics --->> leads to consulting?

I'm a junior and I'm considering the internship opportunity at PwC Data Assurance and Deloitte Data Analytics (under FAS).
I'm kind of confused about this two positions. Would someone please help explain what is the responsibility of each position and how they are different from each other?

Also, PwC has another branch of data analysis, which is called Advance Risk and Compliance Analytics (ARCA). How is this different from Data Assurance?

And since my main interest is in data analytics and technology consulting, I prefer to go into technology or econ consulting after graduation. If I take the offer with PwC or Deloitte this summer, would it help build up my resume for the consulting job?
