Qhat questions to ask during interviews

What are some intelligent questions to ask during an interview? I suppose it depends on the nature of the interview and what division, etc. I have an Ops interview coming up soon - what are some questions that I could ask then?

Try this: Are you in Ops because you couldn't get into Front Office?
