For quant, probably not. Expect fit/behavioral questions. If you're not a native English speaker, make sure to speak clearly - communication is important. Obviously, be ready for "why us?" / "why quant?" etc. Maybe a market sizing question. It's tough to say exactly, depends on the role.
If you speak clearly & confidently, are sociable, express interest, and don't bomb the brain teasers - you'll be fine. Remember, a lot of questions these guys ask they don't expect you to get right - just take your time and think out loud. They want to know your thought process and see how you would tackle a problem. Some interviewers might coach you to the answer if you're close.

Brain teasers, brain teasers again, fit, programming/algorithms... If the fund is trading options or derivatives, the interview might also become extremely technical very quickly. As someone said before, they just want to see how you think
