Question about dcf n lbo modeling

I m interested in an internship but one of the job requires creating dcf n lbo models. When doing a dcf or lbo model is it just plugging in numbers from the q and k statements or is it more than that? Are their formulas involved?

Im thinking of sending in a model with my resume is there a specific template that is standard?

Thanks

To answer your questions: Yes, it is more than that. Yes, there are formulas involved.

There is no specific template. Unless it is asked, I would not send a dcf or lbo model with my resume, but I would KNOW what they are and do. You have clearly not read anything about either. Start from there!

Unless you have specific questions and you have some knowledge. It will be hard to help.
