Hi guys,
I have a question. So I am preparing the the SA interviews for my junior year. Say the interviewers ask about my strengths and weaknesses. Can I talk about those that are not written on my resume? For example, if I wanna talk about my creativity but my resume doesnt talk about my creativity, can i still talk about my creativity example?
