Head Hunters/Recruiters in San Francisco
Does anyone know of any good head hunters/recruiters in San Francisco specializing in Asset Management or private banking? I live in a different state and don't have any local connections so this may be the best way to go.
Finding a recruiter for DB in the SF bay area (Originally Posted: 09/04/2015)
Hello everyone. I asked this question in the wrong subforum and got a bunch of monkey shits so hopefully this will be the right section. I'm about to submit an application for Deutsche Bank asset and Wealth management full time in San Francisco but can only find recruiters for that in NY. Can someone help point me in the right direction? Maybe the NY recruiter also recruits for SF? I really want to send out my application today but I want to put the recruiter's name on my letter. Thank you to anyone that can help.
Pretty sure there isn't just one recruiter Deutsche Bank in SF. That would be a little ridiculous. At least that's not how it is in NYC. Here, there are dozens of recruiters for each firm. I really doubt putting a specific recruiters name on your cover letter is going to help you. In fact, if it doesn't end up in front of them it's probably going to look pretty silly.
As for NY and SF sharing a recruiter... Seriously? You think one person is going to handle the recruiting for a firm that large in two regions? Are you kidding?
Thank you, I appreciate the advice.

yeah, I mean I’ve seen some, like hunter-sf.com, that seem pretty good, but I only know of a few, and I figure that there have to be more than that.
Anyone?
You can check Glocap but I wouldn't call them "good." They have positions to fill.
