Regional Office Recruiting
Hi everyone! Can anyone provide any insight about regional office recruiting (i.e. LA, SF, Charlotte) and how to approach the process, especially when companies in those specific areas don't have a campus presence? I can imagine that there could be less competition due to reduced notoriety but also more competition in the fact that there are less SA spots to go around.
How can you go about reaching out to people in those offices when no one you know or from your university are at those offices? Thanks!
Recruiting for Satellite and NYC Offices (Originally Posted: 09/12/2016)
How does recruiting for both a satellite and main BB office work? I'm at a target and I've networked pretty heavily with a lower BB satellite office, but I've also got a connect at the NYC office. If the satellite recruits earlier than the NYC office, would I still be able to get an NYC interview if I got cut from the satellite or got an offer from the satellite? NYC would be my first choice but I don't want to cut myself out of an opportunity that i've got a good shot at if i dont have to. Thanks
