Referral from compliance to asset management department
Fellow monkeys,
Just heard about a very distant cousin who works in the compliance department at Deutsche Bank on the street. I haven't even talked to this person and just got the contact info from another cousin of mine. My plans are to get into investment analysis and portfolio management as my career. He knows the route I want to take and has told me that we can talk but he works in the compliance department.
When I talk to him what kind of questions should I ask for him to refer me to another department such as Asset Management ? Since this is a lead I want to take full advantage of it even though he is in a completely different department. Appreciate all the assistance in advance.
