representative tranasctions section for SAs

Is it appropriate for former SAs interviewing for full-time to have a "representative transactions" section on their resume or is that too much?

call it Select Transactions

you can show it one of two ways.

either just list the transaction i.e. Advised company xyz on its sale to...

or list the transaction and some bullets underneath it. depending on the name of the firm or the size of the transaction, u can make short and sweet or detail ur responsibilities on the deal.

Advised company xyz on its sale to..

profiled xyz..
valued xyz using..
drafted term sheets..
