REQUEST: Private Equity Investment Cycle

I recently read the post about a hedge fund investment cycle and found it incredibly insightful: http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/hedge-fund-the-investment-life-cy…

I'm requesting a similar forum topic for private equity in real estate. I think it would be interesting to read about the investment cycle / methodology from the perspective of an acquisitions role, investor relations role, and asset management role.

Thanks in advance if you're able to take the time to post.

I had a flair for languages. But I soon discovered that what talks best is dollars, dinars, drachmas, rubles, rupees and pounds fucking sterling.
