RESUME CRITIQUE: Graduating Senior, Two Banking (IBD and Credit) Internships, Big 10 Semi-Target, 3.61 GPA

Hey,

I'm not too familiar with the U.S. standard but this CV looks decent to me. A minor point after a quick glance would be that maybe you could consider removing the teams you support? Might feel people up the wrong way? Just my two cents.

Anyhow, how would you objectively rate your cv (out of 10)? I'm curious to get a sensing of the standard of the average applicant to IBD in the US.

Cheers, and all the best mate

Ahh, if it's worked for you with the "teams" thing then perhaps you could leave it. I raised it up only because I was once given a playfully snide comment when I indicated my favourite team, but nothing too serious and I can't imagine it being a deal breaker.

Wow 5/6? I would have thought 6/7 minimum. I guess maybe what you could do is grab a hold of alumni / friends already in the industry and asking them for their CV they used to apply for FT roles. Might give you a clue on how to improve.
