Resume Help - Looking to apply for fall

Hi guys,

I'm looking to apply for fall internships and FT in early august. I will be applying soon. It would be great if you guys could help me out. Feel free to nitpick anything about my resume and give any tips or advice about its content and presentation.

thank you!

You go to a complete non-target yet still manage to have a pretty low GPA. On top of that, your resume is pathetically bad and you barely even know it.

In sum, you will not be breaking into IB

This is probably the dumbest piece of electronic text I have ever read in my life. People like you disgust me, yet I am humbled by the fact that you will never amount to anything.

OP, you're doing great. Network, work on your grades, and seize any and every opportunity. Sharpen up your resume, make it stand out. Include some hobbies about you, as well. Include something in your resume (perhaps a hobby), and in your interview, that you know sets you apart.

Puh-lease. Don't give the OP false hope; that's even worse than beating him down.

Currently: future neurologist, current psychotherapist Previously: investor relations (top consulting firm), M&A consulting (Big 4), M&A banking (MM)

For those that helped thank you. Should I put my mayor GPA because that is a 3.8. My overall gpa is not good because I did bad in a 5 credit arabic class. I also work for my brother's hedgefund but I am still figuring out what to put down on my resume for it. It is mostly market research and industry research. Any suggestions?

What grade are you in? Yeah put your major GPA, try not to discuss your overall GPA if possible, because it looks bad that you did bad on your general education classes (i guess you just gave less fucks about those, but still, viewed badly).

how big is the hedgefund? Did you build any models? If not, just say you collected market research and industry research and reported to your boss to assist him in investments

You crave what you are not. Dude, your perspective on life sucks.

Your opinion is irrelevant, you're some Wealth Management intern whose resume I might happen to ding for SA positions in a couple months. People like YOU disgust ME, yet I am humbled by the fact that I have the job you dream about having in a few years.

Soon you'll learn that the world is a harsh place and slackers like this guy trying to BS their way into competitive fields need a wake up call.
