Obviously the most important aspects of any applicant are the GPA, university name and relevant internships. But often the distinguishing characteristics are those little nuggets about your leadership roles/ campus involvement.
How can current undergraduates continue to distinguish themselves on paper? What topics did interviewers seem most interested in? Please attempt to quantify the importance of investment clubs, leadership roles, research, case competitions, etc. From a banking and finance perspective.
