doesnt look bad but wheres your GPA? They are gonna go right past your resume if you dont have a GPA and or an attractive GPA I am currently in the process of fielding internship offers through INROADS and I would suggest to do INROADS first and then leverage that to get to SEO you dont have anything specifically finance related to get into SEO plus your a freshman

Align the Bullets and Text and put your GPA and anticipated graduation date.

I don't know about the Inroads region your applying to, but when I was a sophomore in college I had NO clue about best practices for resumes, etc and I had no problem getting into their program (Stayed with it for 3 years until I graduated).

The most important factor in their process is being able to interview well. Just be able to speak well, be interesting and not act like a weirdo and you'll be okay.

I dont think Inroads is competitive at all. But its a great program, and helps you stand out from the crowd (as long as the person looking at your resume knows what Inroads is).

Also, I think they have a strong connection with Goldman Sachs, as I always see their job postings on the Inroads Alumni website.
