Resume review: from small boutique to something better (e.g., BB)

Hi folks,

WSO has been useful so many times so I am sure you can help me once again.
Please review my CV (kinda experienced professional CV, not very experienced, though) and tell me what you think.

I am working in a very small (6 people overall) real estate-focused Advisory/PE boutique which, however, gave me opportunity to participate actively in quite amazing deals in last two years.
Before that I worked in Big4 Audit.

1. Am I overqualified for BB IB Analyst?
2. Is there any chance I have a shot at BB IB Associate? (maybe when I add couple more good private deals)
3. Is there a chance I have a shot at decent PE fund?
4. Is it a problem that focus of my current firm is real estate? I am open for opportunities both in and outside RE.
5. Isn't there too much text in Experience section?

Please note I am in Europe where recruiting is much less structured than in US.

Thank you for the feedback, guys

Do you think 2nd point @ KPMG is stupid by itself or a wording is stupid?

Also, any tips on interests section - what would be good to mention here(especially for an ordinary person? I don't collect snakes, don't do rare Eastern sports, etc.
