I've been hearing flawless resume=greater chances of securing interviews. I've been networking like crazy...but I still am needing feedback on this front....
I've been working on trying to get my resume perfect for upcoming MBB + recruiting. Any and all help and comments would be much appreciated!

Education - Are you at a target/semi/non?; Good GPA in a science major. Work Experience - You don't need to describe what Teach for America is or what any other job was. Your experience in that job should clearly explain what your experience was like. Leadership - Great experience. Although you may want to lump work and leadership experience together. Skills - Are you an URM (I say this b/c you are fluent in spanish)? If so then you network with URM organizations. MS Office isn't a skill.
All in all, good resume, but you seem like a pre-med making the switch to banking. Try to get more relevant experience or try to spin your experiences to make them more financey.

It's a top liberal arts school. Do you think the explanation of the jobs makes it too cluttered--should I substitute that for simply the job title? As for URM--does half count ;) If so any advice on how to find those networks? I've been using my TFA and UG networks primarily--but if there was another outlet I'd be keen on finding it. I put MS Office on there because I am really good with it, especially Excell and Ppt and those are two big tools uszed in consulting--especially as a first-year--is there a better way to bring that across?
I'm also formulating my spin on the transition into the industry--thanks for the additional heads up! Med school just wasn't where my heart was anymore. Thanks for your comments and any other advice you can give!
I used to have Word/Excel on my resume as well, but a friend of mine made a good point; anyone who is not good at word/excel in these days, must be a complete moron.
It will be assumed that you are good at word/excel, there's no need to put it on your resume.
Great resume, get rid of the computer section and the definition of teach for america (as noted above)
how did you gain you MS Office skills? if you took a class with it, consider adding relevant coursework section. if you used it in a job, note that in one of your job descriptions

Also what are everyone's thoughts on incl. SAT scores on the resume?
A lot of Type As will say "if it's over 2200, do it."
In reality, most hiring folks will laugh their asses off at you. Most won't even know what it means with the new scoring format.
Once you have worked for at least a year post-graduation, I say never to the SAT unless a firm specifically asks.

... I wonder how widespread the M&I resume template is. At first glance, I thought I was looking at my own resume (obviously doing a double-take, the actual content is different). If it was the end of a long day at work and I had to go through a pile of resumes, and I all of a sudden started coming across a bunch of identical-looking documents, I'd start to think, "what the hell is going on?". I'm not sure if it would influence my decision one way or another, though.
Anyone "on the inside" who has gone through stacks of resumes: Is this an issue? Or is it maybe even preferable, since if the resumes tend to be more similar, you automatically know where to look?
You may not be getting interviews (depending on where you are applying) b/c your resume makes you look too nerdy / straight edge / liberal. Tamper down the TFA & community organizer non-sense.
If I was looking at your resume I would think you were some kind of zealot.
"dedicated to facilitating the political partpication of all students" - translation: "I am a community organizer"
I almost want to print this resume, just so I can crumble it up and throw it in the trash can ;)
