Retail Stockbroker Intern at Major Brokerage and JP Morgan Corp dev Analyst intern, for getting into Asset/IM or inst. sales

I have recently been offered a 1 month internship with a retail stockbrokerage major one in London and it is voluntary but if I meet the OTE than I will get a full time offer. I have also been given an offer for the JP Morgan Corporate analyst development program as an internship for 10 weeks. I plan to do both over the summer. Will having the client facing and financial management experience in a revenue generating role like broking and a MO/BO experience position me well for getting into IM/AM FT? For that matter which has better exit ops, AM/IM or Retail Stockbroking? Thanks
