Rialto Capital Management
Hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had insight into this firm or regarding the specefic program highlighted below?
I recently came across a job posting from this firm for a 2yr rotational analyst position that rotates through loan Asset Management, Real Estate Owned, Investor Relations, and CMBS surveillance.
Appreciate any insight!
You'll work your ass off, learn a ton and get exposed to a lot of different real estate. It's got a reputation as a sweat shop but as a 2 yr rotational, you'll get a chance to work with several groups and if you can make it there, anywhere else you work will be cake.
Do you know what salary and exit opps are? What are some of their interview questions?
+1 on the sweat shop reputation. I've heard stories of staplers/other office equipment being thrown around, angry management, etc. lol but apparently they do a lot of business
jackstraw001 PEREtzel Is this sweatshop reputation for all offices? The position is based in their HQ in Miami.
It's the corporate culture, doesn't matter which office you're in. At Rialto, you really have two jobs, whatever you're hired to do and then underwriting new deals. 60+ hour weeks pretty standard.
Shops that work their analysts 60+ hour weeks are considered sweatshops? News to me..
Yes, this was for Miami HQ. Source: told to me by my coworker, who had worked there.
is the 2 yr program only based on Miami? They dont have that program in other offices?
Rialto is the best in town when it comes to buying B-Pieces. You'll have great deal flow and learn a ton about that business (and special servicing/loan Asset Management). However, you are going to get crushed with horrible hours and work in a pretty bad culture (source: two friends and an ex-colleague that either currently working there or have worked there in the past).
can somebody say "price concession" ?? lol
What are some of their interview questions?
Ducimus et aut autem reprehenderit adipisci non aut. Aperiam est tenetur molestias. Laboriosam suscipit sit eum vitae magnam rem ut. Nam quaerat qui facere consequatur doloribus adipisci quaerat.
