Does anyone have any insights on this firm? Any info would be appreciated
Huge B-Piece buyer of CMBS products, and they do other non-performing loans and distressed real estate as well.
CMBS - B Piece buying division is what I am curious about. Also, what would be their salary + bonus (incentives) for analyst as well as associate level? Thanks SHB.
^^^ What he said, biggest CMBS B piece buyer and mainly distressed CRE
The CMBS team jumped over from UBS

I would be curious as well. Also, does anyone know what they've originated so far? I seem to remember they've kicked into a couple cmbs issuances so far but not sure.
thanks guys. I saw on glassdoor there were two bad reviews basically saying analyst worked 70-80 hours a week, and still got crappy pay (80k at most including bonus). The post also mentioned advancement is very difficult. Anyone else heard this from friends in the industry?
Great group of guys over there. 2nd largest B piece buyer for this year (roughly 30% of the market). The CMBS team did not come from UBS; a few guys from UBS are heading the mortgage finance/origination team.
I have 2 friends that work there, what would you like to know?
aww thanks, pm'ed
