Roommate/ Roommates for Nov 1 lease
Hi Guys - I am a 1st year associate trader at a BB French IB. I am looking for a roommate or two around my age (24) who are interested in signing a lease around Nov 1. I am currently living in Murray Hill and would like to move within the general area. I am looking at 2 to 4 bedrooms in Chelsea, Midtown East/ West, Gramercy, and Murray Hill. Please message me if you or you and a friend are interested in looking for a place together. Rent is getting cheap especially heading into the winter, great time to sign a lease. Please send me a PM if you are interested in talking about a living situation. My budget is flexible but ideally I would like to stay somewhere around the 1500/ person a month range. I have found several 2-4 bedrooms in this range.
