Rotational Program..Is it time to move on?

I've been reading these forums for quite some time now and have really found this community to be very insightful on a full range of topics. Today, I reach out to the community for some career guidance. I was recruited directly out of university into a F500 CF rotational program. While it has been interesting, I have recently begun to question whether or not it is time to move on. I have been in the program going on two and a half years; it is a four year program.

While I have had some great experiences during my time in the program and I am certain there is a lot of opportunity, I continue to wonder if it is time to move on to bigger and better things. I moved across the country solely for this role so there is nothing other than the job holding me to this location. I am a go-getter and have no issues with putting in extreme hours, provided the work is challenging and engaging.

In terms of background, I graduated from a top 20 undergraduate business school with a middle of the road gpa. I have considered the B-school route as well as lateral/minor promotion opportunities outside. I've also considered pursuing IB analyst roles, although I know it would be highly difficult to make this move without proper connections, which unfortunately, I do not have at this time.

My question boils down to this:
Has anyone left a rotational program pre-graduation? Any thoughts or feedback on this?

Also, my experiences include fp&a, accounting, some corp. development, and a couple others; none of which lasted longer than 5 to 6 months. Where can I take this? Is IB a possibility?

I do not want to burn bridges, but I also know that I need to take my career into my own hands and do what is best for me. Any feedback or suggestions appreciated.

General Rule: Don't ever leave a good job unless you have something else lined up.

What do you plan to do? If you can get into IB then go ahead and move on, but that's unlikely. If you are going to just end up going to another company then you should finish out your rotational program.

It looks bad to leave early so I'd only do it if you were going to completely different field (within finance)

ABD - I appreciate your feedback. I don't see myself at this company for the long term, and that is what has brought me to this point. I don't feel I am challenged enough. In college, I was challenged daily and I absolutely loved it! I don't feel I am being pushed to my full potential, which I feel will only hurt me if I stay.

Has anyone seen a transition from these programs into something more entrepreneurial (e.g. IB, PE, etc?) Again, I appreciate any insight into this.
