Screwed up badly on a video essay for MBA, am I done?
I applied to Kellogg and messed up badly on its video essay. I misread other websites and thought that I had 3 tries for each answer. I didn't like the first two questions and gambled on the third. I started answering but it was pretty bad. I even stopped mid sentence thinking I had two more tries. I had no choice but to submit it. Did I flush my chance down the toilet? I thought about trying to get a waiver but it's probably too late now since I didn't ask immediately.
You most likely did blow it. Just move on. You did apply to other schools, right???
My understanding was that they explained that the video essay could only help you. Just crush your in person interview.
