Second Rounds - Tough/grueling experience

I have second rounds with Oliver Wyman, Huron Consulting Group, and Alvarez and Marsal for management consulting. It's just been a blitz of interviews these past few weeks, but I'm aware second rounds are tougher than first rounds.

I'm also waiting on Deloitte S&O and ZS Associates to get back to me regarding seconds.

What are your recommendations for doing well in second (final) rounds, besides just keeping up on practicing cases? Anything regarding behavioral? What should I expect? How tough/grueling of an experience should I be bracing for?

Thanks guys, and wish me luck!
