Sellside Research - Picking Senior Analyst
To all the buyside investors / sellside research monkeys with an informed view -
What are the things to look for in an ideal junior position? Are you looking for a senior analyst who is extensively involved in new issues (e.g., a more modelling-intensive role)? Are you looking for multiple industries?
The only obvious one is II-rankings; otherwise, I'm trying to understand what type of factors make one junior position more attractive / beneficial relative to another (assuming you had the option to choose between several).
Thanks!
