Shots at MBB?

Hi everyone
I have a very small question.

Will McKinsey shortlist my resume after three years of work ex. in healthcare consulting domain (ZS Associates), followed by a masters in management or a masters in management and strategy from one of their target school? Or, are they finicky about the work ex. and non-MBA masters coming together? If they shortlist, what position can I aim at?

Thanks!

I don't think there's really such a thing as a guaranteed "shortlist". Do they recruit from only the school in general for undergrad/MBA, or do they (hopefully) recruit specifically at your Masters program?

Previous work experience is definitely relevant and going back to a target grad school isn't exactly a blank slate. Networking never hurts and contacts from the recruiting team might be better poised to answer questions regarding positions.
