I'm sikh and I basically have my hair and facial hair like this

From the research I've done here only very conservative hair cuts, and no facial hair is acceptable in the banking world.
Will it hurt me to look like a very tidy version of the above, or should I cut it all off.
Note: I plan to cut it all of if I happen to have an interview, and if I get a position.

Cut the facial hair. If you're sikh be sure to wear the turban so interviewers can be sure it's for religious purposes.
I may be in the minority, but if you really believe in your faith, why would you cut it? I know a few Muslims who worked at BB's and kept their beards. Embrace your faith, don't let their culture dictate yours. Of course, this only applies to people with religion, no hippies can take this advice.
If you plan on cutting it later, just cut it now.
Why cut your hair when you can advertise your mop.
As long as you let them know from the beginning you are sikh, they will be understanding.
