Should I send thank you emails after 3rd round interviews when I got no responses from the 2nd round thank you emails?
So I'm in a unique situation, I had what was supposed to be a final interview 3 weeks ago. I sent brief thank you emails to the 5 people I interviewed with and only got one reply from the most junior-level interviewer. Now what makes this unique is that I hadn't heard back from them 2 weeks after the date I was told they would have a decision so I assume they chose somebody else, but for whatever reason it didn't work out. So now I realize I'll probably have to interview with the same people again and will have to send them more thank you emails.
I think it's the right thing to send them brief thank you emails again afterwards, but should I personalize them again by mentioning the topic of our conversations or do a blanket-statement thank you? Or do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks fam
