Should I talk about one internship or two?

I'm a junior and I am completing two internships simultaneously. One job is at a boutique AM fund I got through connections where I do pretty cool work and write investment reports and do excel work and stuff. The problem is the internship is unpaid and the guy who hired me doesn't have any space at his office so I go in and see him once a week to talk about what I'm working on, and do the work in the library or at home. The second job is at a boutique PE shop I worked at during my sophomore summer, which gave me a desk and is paying me a stipend to be there, and I'm doing decent work here too. The PE shop is pretty chill, they hired another intern before me who does the majority of the grunt work I used to do, so I spend a lot of time in client meetings and looking over his work.

When I write my resume and talk to people, should I mention both internships? Or should I just mention the AM fund? The AM fund is a lot more legit and more people in the industry (especially on the sell side) know about it. The PE shop isn't known at all and the people who do know it think its kinda shady. Also, if I just say I'm working at the AM fund people will assume its a full time gig, whereas if I mention both they'll know both are part time. On the other hand, completing two internships may make me seem like a hard working guy, which could be a good image.
