Siemens/Cerner Healthcare Consultant

Hello all,

This is my first post here, so bear with me--I am a Soarian Financials Revenue Cycle Consultant at Cerner (Formerly Siemens Healthcare). In May, it will be 2 years. I'm trying to find well paying and respected consulting firm, as Cerner's philosophy is one which worked well for them in Kansas City, but does not translate across the board. To date (the last two weeks), I've applied to Accenture, Huron, BCG, Bain, McKinsey, PA Consulting Group, Navigant and a few other smaller firms I cannot think of. I heard back from Accenture and Huron the same day I submitted my application, recently heard back from McKinsey and they were not interested.

I had a phone screening with Accenture and I thought it went well, as did the recruiter, however, the hiring manager decided otherwise; this was disheartening, as the more research I've done, the more awesome things I've been reading about Accenture. In regards to Huron, HR screening and phone interview with Director with went well and they wanted to fly me out to Chicago for an in person interview, however, I will be travelling for Christmas and unable to make it. The recruiter has been incessant in his attempt to make the fly out work, which has sort of turned me off towards the company. Also, after reading some of the comments on this discussion board, the reviews for Huron don't seem to be the best.

Can anyone give me other healthcare consulting firms, particularly those which have a Revenue Cycle area? Should I continue to pursue this Huron opportunity, as they're now looking to have me interview after the new year? Should I remain with Cerner? Also, has anyone heard of a firm called Pursuit Healthcare Advisors? One of the previous Siemens VP's has moved to that company and I've reached out to their HR and dropped his name, which has lead to a phone conversation with HR, just hesitant to pursue, as I can't really find much information online about the company.

Thanks so much for any help!
