So...
I have this suit that's been of great use. Good fit, good material, blah blah. But my phermones sometimes gets the best of me and I find the armpit areas unleashing unpleasantries. Despite attempts to air it out, etc, what is one way to get rid of that odor without having it taken to the dry cleaner?
Any MacGyver DIY tips around?
...you need to take it to the dry cleaner. Febreeze isn't gonna do it. I'm not sure why you're avoiding the dry cleaner to be honest, but the next best thing I guess would be Dryel-- though I bet that'll be a bitch on your suit eventually.
It's obviously dirty though-- it needs to be cleaned.....
What's wrong with the dry cleaner?
how about bathing often and wearing a deodorant? Eh? Eh?
Use some kind of aerosol deinfectant. Worked for me.
^^ Are you serious? Would you really consider ruining the fabric of your suit with Lysol Clean Linen Original?
The whole argument against heading to the dry cleaner's is that getting clothes professional cleaned too often can harm the material. Guess what. Contractor grade disinfectant spray will do way more damage than a treatment specifically designed for clothes.
Ignore Kraken. That's some ghetto shit right there. Obviously you don't want to be taking your suit to the dry cleaners every week, but when it's not clean, it's not clean. Argonaut, laughs aside, is not far off base on this one.
