Software engineer --> MBA?

I'm a 25 year old software engineer who recently gained an interest in finance. I could obtain an MBA from a school such as Kellogg, Haas, Ross, or Booth. I would stay inside the technology field (Silicon Valley) but move to management.

Is it worth it though? What are my opportunities?

Side question: I have Asperger's. Can someone like me succeed in management at Silicon Valley?
