Source Deals for Mega Funds
I recently started having a conversation with firm that says they source PE deals for Mega funds like TSG, Summit, DFJ, Warburg etc. Not only do sourcing but also create CIM and Modeling, and conduct due diligence.
What are peoples thoughts on these types of firms who work in PE firms or IB? Worth while pursuing - given they have a wealth of contacts I leverage in the future?
Any thoughts would be appreciated if you know the process or if you know someone has worked for such firms?
