I have a call back interview with a BB sponsors group coming up.
They said it would include a model case. As sponsors cover a large array of deals for their clients I was wondering if anyone has tips for how to best prepare or what to expect?
I'm leaning to assuming it will be a lbo model but couldn't it just as easily be a Accretion/Dilution model?

I would assume it would be an LBO. It could be any type of model but it's probably a very straightforward LBO where they will give you some transaction assumptions.
