Spring semester hiring?

Now that most of the structured programs have already been decided, are there any need-based opportunities that will pop up in the spring semester for entry-level S&T hopefuls? Obviously the structured programs are the best way in, but are there roles like clerk or assistant that come up later on in addition to the incoming 2016 development programs?

I've networked at many places that have these programs (that I was unsuccessful at), and I was also wondering if anyone had any experience with a less structured way of getting into sales and trading.
