S&T Bonus Timeline
I've tried to find info on the timeline for S&T bonuses, but there seems to be mixed info. Here is how I understand it now, but I'm not certain:
Assuming someone starts work in July of 2011, they will receive a partial bonus for work performed through the end of December 2011. Then, they will receive their first full-year bonus in December 2012.
If what I said above is true, what are typical 1/2 bonuses paid in December 2011 for BB s&t analysts, and what are typical full-year bonuses?
If I'm wrong, please correct me.
