S&T Desk Research Analyst
Interviewed for a position at one of the somewhat elite boutique bank to join a sell-side s&t desk analyst team (producing research to assist traders and salesforce with decision making, not publishing papers). If accepted, I'll be coming in as a somewhat experienced hire, aka not at most junior level. In the event that an offer is made, what level of salary/bonus should I expect? Looked on WSO/Glassdoor/etc. but not much info is provided. Thanks.
How much experience do you have and what is your background?
BB's starting salary is ~85k across the board, with ~10 sign on and~20-30k bonus for first years.
