State Street Future Focus Program

Hi everyone,
I received an offer to join State Street's Future Focus Program in their Global Services Division. Unfortunately, there isn't that much information on the program since it's relatively new. The basic structure is that you enter as an Associate 2 as opposed to an Associate 1, and that you have a mentor who is a VP or AVP.

Is anyone here at all familiar with the program? Any information at all would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Just wondering what is the salary wage they offered you? I have quite a few connections in GS Transactions, GLobal Trade Processing, and Cash Operations. Starting was only 36k for them as AS1 and 40k as AS2. 18 paid vacation days and the other what nots. Sorry, I can't answer your question as I work for a different custodial bank BNY.

BNY is a little better in terms of pay but still nothing compared to BB's. I've been an intern for awhile now $17 an hour but it varies for interns depending on department. Entry level and first year analysts get around 39k+ that's based on people I work with and some I know. Hoping SS bumps up their salary. My friends have always advised me talk with your managers and avps its the only way for advancement if you plan to stay there. Otherwise, you could be in the same position for five years. Good luck!
