Staying at a fall internship for only a month - > moving to a better one

I've been working as an intern at a bb for a month but I've found a better internship that involved actually modeling and working with live deals. Does it look bad if I was only there for a month and then moved onto my new one. I still want the brand name on my resume though

The trick to a month long internship is to start mid-month and then end mid-next month. In this way, that one-month internship becomes a two month internship on the resume and it looks fine.

For example:

Don't do an internship from October 2nd to October 29th, because on a resume, that appears as: "October 2010"

Instead, start October 10th and end November 8th, on a resume that's: "October 2010 - November 2010"

"If you can count your money, you don't have a billion dollars." - J. Paul Getty

I really don't think it's a big deal at all. Just be sure to articulate our point that the experience was not what you are looking for and a better opportunity came around that you couldn't pass up. Anyone interviewing you for a ft role would understand.

I don't think its a problem if you switch over. They're gonna ask you what you did before the most recent internship so you might as well list both.
