Structured Product sales vs Selling Indices
Hope you are well. I wanted to get some information and views on what you lot thought about two offers I have.
One is for selling indices (for a large investment decision support tools provider) probably know which one.
And the other I have been offered a promotion from intern to sales at a derivatives boutique that sells consortium of strategies.
Now ideally my aim is one day to move to BB and have a shot at something challenging. But for now, should would I be shooting my self in the foot if I moved over to the Index sales role?
I am too unsure about the opportunities to move around and I don't really find it all that interesting. Only thing is that it is about 30% more in base salary.
I am unsure and would like your thoughts please.
