How are analysts, associates, vp's, and mds picked to be the ones who recruit undergrads? Is it decided way before, or is it in the last days before interviews? If the latter, is it possible that someone who has never interviewed before is chosen a few days before to say "go in and interview some kids"?
And is this equivalent in other fields of finance like sales and trading and Asset Management?
