Hard to say because when there are only 10 people, it depends a lot on who is interviewing you. I work for a similarly sized shop. Our interviews are 99% fit based and I only tend to ask enough technical questions to ensure the person has some general idea of what is going on, but when places are this small, their process could be entirely different.

It's not the company. It's the credibility. My credibility. I can't just sit on the bench and let other people play the game. Not my game. Not with their rules. - Henry Kravis, Barbarians at the Gate

I think this depends on what your first round was like. If you did a typical on campus first round interview, then be prepared to get more detailed behavioral, fit and technical questions. If you have no idea what answers to answer basic technical questions then you should get a vault or WSO guide to help you prep.

If your first round was off campus and you met with multiple junior level people and you're now invited back to meet MDs then I think it will be mostly fit.
