The Collapse of the Philadelphia Eagles

Filled with turkey and a complete thrashing of their NFC East rivals on Thanksgiving Day, the Philadelphia Eagles exited Week 13 after a huge blowout win over the Dallas Cowboys in Arlington, Texas.

The world was their oyster, as they held an important divisional lead over Dallas while holding an 88.9% chance of making the playoffs at the time.

Eagles crushed the Giants and ended with a decent record after Foles got injured and Butt Fumble resorted to his natural state of sucking ass. Eagles might not be where they need to be, but at least there is energy and enthusiasm.

A guy pretending to be a good QB, a plastic cup as the cornerback, a depleted WR corps and a RB that talks way more than he should. Also, the offensive system is severely over rated. It works sometimes but when it doesn't, the defense has to crawl on to the field almost every play of the game. Look at the possession times. Eagles aren't bad but they were so over rated this year.
