Hi,
I saw a post where a guy said he is making 3% monthly profits and you said you'd be happy to invest and split the profits 50:50.
I've been trading for 7 years with mine and other investors money. I'm trading US stocks and I'm making at least 60% profit per year, no matter what conditions. If market is crashing hard I'm still making at least 60% per year or at least 5% monthly because I love to shortsell also. If market is crazy bull like this year then I'm up much more, 140% until now this year!
I can trade your money also and split the profits 50:50.
This is how we can do it, you open trading account for yourself, deposit money and give me trader login info, I daytrade on your account and make profits.
At the end of the month you withdraw the profits and you send me my half of profits.

Let me know with how much $$$ are you thinking of depositing to your trading account?

Take care!

1) What's your strategy?
2) How much money have you been investing for these 7 years?
3) Why don't you just do it with your own money? It will grow very fast, much faster than just splitting it 50/50 with me.
4) Why would you want me to withdraw your half and give it to you? Wouldn't you want to let it reinvest so you can keep making at least 60% every year on a bigger and bigger amount?
5) Can you show me your track record, with account statements and trading logs and everything?

Let me know the answers to those and then I'm definitely interested. Thanks so much for this opportunity, I really appreciate you coming to me, of all people in the world, with this tremendous offer. You could have offered this to your family and close friends, business acquaintances, banks, professional investors, etc. but you offered it to me, BlackHat! If this whole thing works out, I'm forever grateful, I really mean that. I hope to hear your answers to these soon, thank you again sir!

That's awesome! I definitely want in. I'll probably just send him my bank accounts login information. Then it will be easier for him to just take his 50% without the hassle of wiring him money. I wonder if he knows of any Nigerian royalty who just need a western bank account to clear a massive check. That's how every rich person makes their fortune.

hahahha. Kind of sad I didn't get the proposal. I'm a sad panda.

The hell? I've got kids to send to college and I can use this. Will mystery man accept my 401k login?

Seriously though, there are marks who show up on American Greed who apparently have hundreds of thousands to invest w/ guys who promise returns like this.

Like Mr. Irish said, American Greed has numerous examples of foolish people with too much extra money hanging around.

"I have worked all of my life to save this $330k. Here, take all of it and make it bigger please. In fact, I am so greedy I will take all of the equity out of my home and give that to you as well."

It's really shocking what people believe. Like how? I bet the average Harvard MBA/CFA/whatever would have a tougher time convincing an ordinary person to invest money than most of the guys on American Greed.

Real conversation with a marketing major friend:

Friend: I think FB is gonna go up 10 times in value. How could it not? It's a sure thing.

Me: 1) If FB went up 10 times in value, it'd be close to a $2 trillion dollar company. Do you really think FB's market value deserves to be the equivalent of ~13% of US GDP. Also, the best investors in the world average 25%-30% annualized returns per year. What do you think the odds of your first stock pick ever being a 10 bagger are?

Friend: So you're saying, even if I'm the best investor in the world, I would probably only make 25% annualized returns?

Me: Yep.

Friend: That's shitty. What's the point of investing of $1,000 if I'm only going to make $250 off it?

At this point I wanted to explain the concept of compound interest, but didn't want to be a complete buzz killington. If I said something along the lines of "BUY GSAT, IT'S A GUARANTEED 10 BAGGER!" I probably would have had myself a client though.

Good point. I think you're onto something.

Shit, I'm curious about actually setting up an account for this guy and insert an IP tracer contract. Just so I can pass it on to the CIA to drone his ass.
