Trainee Professional Futures Trader

At LDN Capital we offer an astute three-month career programme, The Career programme commences with a 3month, full time, intensive programme establishing the essential foundations required to become a trader, with LDN Capital providing the seed capital and intraday leverage necessary to operate as a professional trader

Our traders have collective experience with a wealth of knowledge of trading various products using diverse and multipurpose strategies. This enables you as trainee trader to effortlessly interact and gain first-hand information on how LDN Capital traders analyse and execute trades on the futures market, always adding to your growth and development as a trainee professional trader.

Month 1

Our professional tutors whom have traded in international markets, and you will embark on the journey of the world’s most prestigious financial markets and share their real-time experience in the futures market. You will gain an excellent understanding and knowledge of how fundamental and technical analysis impact the market and how to apply risk management and psychology into your decision making.

Month 2

You will be provided with a simulation futures account where you will be analysing and trading selected contracts from Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), Eurex and NYSE Liffe, etc. You will be taught trading strategies to assist your development in becoming a professional trader and be assigned a risk manager and mentor.

Month 3

Targets will be given to demonstrate your understanding of multiple asset classes and products you have traded during month 2. You will be expected to place profitable trades based on fundamental and technical analysis. Our professional mentors will guide you through the trading process step-by-step from devising trading strategies to real-time trading, as well as adjusting any immediate trading decisions to reach our profit target and prepare you to become a professional trader.

Our course is designed to provide a gateway for those who want to make trading a career. Three months will provide you sufficient time to gauge your ability to trade in every condition, using a variety of trading strategies. You will receive a trader profile, a profit and loss track record to prove your expertise and give you a head start in this highly lucrative and competitive market.

Traders who finish flat or positive and pass the level-3 test (dependent on relative progression, P&L performance and risk management team’s report) will receive full or partial backing with a very competitive split between LDN Capital and trader.

Eligibility

Good academic background or strong experience in the financial market.
Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to self-motivate
Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
Demonstrate experience in trading, financial markets, and technology.
Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment.
Basic understanding of financial products (Securities, derivatives, bonds, equities, bonds, etc).
Experience in Risk Management Analysis is preferred.
Understand and be prepared to deal with the challenges of working on a mission critical trading platform.
Previous financial experience and computer science background preferred.
