Transferring situation please ADVISE, not sure what to do.
Okay so heres my situation. I currently attend Villanova (non-target) I guess. I know it is possible to break into IB, but by no means a guarantee. I just dropped 60,000 total this semester including room/tuition/food/etc.. For me at least Villanova is not really what I expected of college and while I have made some friends the majority of people here are rich white people from nj. Now I am trying to figure out whether dropping 200,000+ is going to be worth it in the long run.
My GPA this semester was a 3.67. Not stellar but fairly strong. SAT 1980 no stellar, but pretty good. High school GPA 3.8 also not stellar but good.
Right now I am applying to UVA as freshman transfer. I am in state and I would like save 120,000 over the next three years. The goal would be to get into Mcintire, but I have heard recruiting is good for UVA econ as well.
I looked into transferring to UNC chapel Hill, and would be in the same boat for UVA because the bus. school is 2 years. not sure how unc is viewed on the street just know it is a good bus. school.
I am also looking at UT austin mccombs but understand it is nearly impossible to transfer in to externally.
My question is should I stick it out at Nova paying the ridiculous tuition or if it doesn't work out at these three schools go to VA tech and do finance. Would my chances for IB be lower compared to NOVa.
I am really in a bind in here with what to do thanks.

I know I am looking for a more business oriented opinion. I think Ivys are probably a stretch, but I have worked hard and am just looking for some opinions on schools that are maybe more transfer friendly or can still help me get where I want to go.
