Transferring to B-School and Need Advice

I am currently enrolled in Henry Ford Community College and after this summer semester I will have completed my first year. Assuming things go as planned I will have a 3.657 gpa. I currently work as a supervisor at UPS Freight and I have been promoted three times and hopefully a fourth very soon. What are my odds of getting into a decent school like the University of Michigan Ross School of Business? I would be transferring from Henry Ford. What about NYU Stern. If neither than what would my best options be? My goal is to eventually break into iBanking in New York. I have also held many officer positions as a Freemason. Not trying to be weird I am just wondering if that would count as EC's. Advice is extremely appreciated.

Have you looked into the transfer requirements? I have to think that if you are transferring after only one year of CC that you would have to have an SAT score. You can take the SATs all the time--you should look this up for your area. (Also, FYI, you aren't transferring to B-School/Business School--you are transferring to a 4 year college; when people say B-School they typically mean MBA). Good luck!
