Trimont Real Estate Adviors?
I was wondering if anybody has worked/is working for Trimont and could give me their 2cents on the compensation, culture, and work-life balance?

I know one guy who worked there for a few years and seemed to enjoy it. I know another guy who got offered a position as an associate (didn't accept) and the comp was $110k+. Take that with a grain of salt though
Depends on what side of the business you want to go into? I've always known them to be a very competitive debt shop. Seen similar comp structure to what was described above, albeit a bit lower... May be because of office location though.
I have. Good group with a great reputation. Specialize in special asset services was their bread and butter--Lehman was biggest client during the crash. Depends on what group you are in. Underwriting/advisory group is great. Lost a few guys the past year.
bump. interested as well
I’m pretty sure salary is lower than the associate pay listed above. I know they pay 52k for 1st year analyst and you don’t get overtime pay. Maybe your friend was getting paid that much before they were bought out by a private equity firm.
I’ve heard it’s a good place to learn if you’re in the right group. I wouldn’t go there and work on one of their construction loan servicing teams unless you were really struggling to find something better
is 52k all in? or just base
I can’t remember exactly if it was 50k base plus 2k bonus or 52k base plus 2k bonus. Not much of a difference though. You’re not getting big bonuses for managing loans that other firms originate.
Bump
