Tudor, Pickering, Holt Interview
I have a first round interview with TPH for a full-time analyst position. Was just wondering what kind of fit and technical questions I should expect. Thanks

Can't offer you any insight, but congrats they're certainly the best in the game
If by "best in the game" you mean "maybe top 10," then yes you are correct.
TPH is generally considered the best shop in the energy space by people who understand the energy space. Your statement flags you as someone who has no idea what they are talking about.
These guys are the folks that all of the bulge brackets use for research and fear loosing people to. They pay about 25% above street, and still manage to be more profitable than most banking groups.
Is this for their Houston office? If so, 90% fit, a few technicals. Same with superday except some brainteasers thrown in for good measure. If you get their final round, expect 10ish interviews over the course of a day.
Also, I thought they had finished up recruiting for FT, but if not, good luck.

Does anyone have experience with their recruiting? I have a few questions, they seem like a great fit for me.
PM me (or post here) if you can help me out.
It's actually for their NY office. Thanks a mil for your response.
What makes them a good fit for you?
