Turning alumni into friends?

Hello all,
Following some of the advices on the site, I've been conducting informational interviews with alumni working in IBD. However, my problem with informational interviews is that the relationship seems to end as interviews end. After all, I'm there to ask him questions and he has answered them all. I'm still just a kid who had some questions about investment banking and nothing more than that. I was hoping that you guys might be able to give me some advices on how to follow up and make personal connections. Thanks.

I found this thing: http://www.wikihow.com/Attract-a-Goth-Girl

Are any of them goth girls?

EDIT: Below is an excerpt.

  • Remember that even though goths might look frightening, they are usually the nicest people you'll ever meet. It's all about openness and intellectuality.
  • Try finding out what bands she listens to and seeing if you like their songs. If you do like the music, it'll give you a great conversation starter.
  • All girls are different. This guide is not exact for your goth girl.
  • Don't change who you are just so you can get the girl, being who you are on the inside is way more attractive.
  • Treat her like you would any other girl, you'll find that she's probably not very different
