Two consulting internships?

Hello everyone, Was hoping to get your advice on a potential issue I am facing.

I have accepted an internship offer from a Tier-2 consultancy for the fall term. However, I have been recently contacted by a tier-1 firm to interview for an internship position for this upcoming summer, which would take place directly before the other internship Ive already accepted.

Is there any problem in doing so? They are in the same city, a small city. Is this a conflict of interest or bad etiquette? Or is it perfectly okay considering that the internships are not necessarily promised to be converted to be full-time offers?
Does it also look bad on my CV for when I apply for a full-time position, that I have done two internships back to back and have had turnover between companies?

Any advice is appreciated. I suppose the two options at this point are to:
1. Complete both internships and then graduate and apply for full-time
2. Only do the one I've accepted for fall, in order to avoid potential issues
